Cost: $15.00 per class or 5 classes for $60
Yoga classes are taught in lyengar tradition and are aimed at helping you to improve your strength, flexibility, concentration and energy levels.
Yoga has the power to energise and invigorate you and to help improve your balance in life. Qualified Yoga Teacher Rod Steele trained in Hatha and Lyengar Yoga with over 10 years experience.
- Please bring your own mat
- Water is required
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Medical history form required on first class
- Please arrive 5mins prior to class commencing

(24 hours notice is required if cancelling, or class fee will be charged of $15.00, all fees and passes are non refundable)

Sunday 5.00pm - 6.00pm Children over 7 permitted with an adult. Over 14 need a consent form if without an adult.

COURSE
7 Week Energy Chakra Program
Yoga teachings, learning the art of Zen and Buddhism meditation, weekly teachings on the Chakras, different meditation techniques, breathe work and weekly self help practices to increase your energy and balance your chakras and life. Certificate awarded at the end of your course.
